How to change the contact details we hold for you
We use your contact details to request member information from you, to inform you of any changes in the LGPS and to send you regular newsletters.
We will contact you each year, to confirm that the contact details that we hold for you are still correct.
If you wish to change the contact details we hold for you at any time, please complete the Contact Details Confirmation form and return it to pensions.communications@surreycc.gov.uk
Please remember to enter your Employer Name and Employer Reference (for example 00045) onto the form.
