'My Pension' member self-service

The 'My Pension' Portal

The easiest way for a member to view their pension information or to obtain a pension quotation is via the 'My Pension' Member Self Service portal.

The member can register for the 'My Pension' portal by following the three steps below:

  1. Go to mypension.surreycc.gov.uk
  2. If they have not registered previously, so haven't got a username or password, select 'Request One.'
  3. They will receive an email within 24 hours to complete their registration.
