Annual Return Spreadsheet and video guide
It is that time of year where we ask our Employers to complete our Annual Return Spreadsheet (XLSX)
In the spreadsheet, you will need to provide data for all scheme members who contributed to the Local Government Pension Scheme at any stage during the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
Please complete the spreadsheet to the best of your knowledge.
Read the cover letter carefully as it explains more about the spreadsheet in detail and what is required by you as the employer or payroll provider.
Not sure how to complete the spreadsheet?
While completing the spreadsheet, if you are unable to complete a specific field you can refer to the Layout Specification tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Simply select this tab and you will be shown how the field should be completed, as well as an example of the information needed.
